📦 Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK! Not in the UK? Hang tight—we’re working on branching out soon.

🚚 How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, plus 1–2 days for packing and prep. You'll get a tracking link to follow your plant’s journey to your doorstep.

🪴 Will my plant arrive safely?
Yes! We wrap every plant with love and care to make sure it arrives looking fresh, not frazzled. If something goes wrong, let us know within 48 hours—we’ll make it right.

Every order comes with our Green Thumb Cheat Sheet, with easy, fuss-free care tips tailored to your plant.

🔄 Returns & Issues

🙁 My plant arrived damaged—now what?
Snap a photo and email it to info@zelenplants.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out fast.

🔁 Can I return a plant?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on live plants—but we always want you to be happy. If there’s a problem, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

📦 Can I return pots or accessories?
Yes! Unused accessories can be returned within 14 days. Just email info@zelenplants.com to get started.
