🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your plant’s journey. Also consider we’ll need an additional 1-2 days to get your order all packed up and ready to roll.

🪴 Will my plant arrive safely?
Absolutely! We carefully package every plant to keep it snug and stress-free during transit. If something goes wrong, let us know ASAP.
💧 How often should I water my plant?
It depends on the plant! We include a Green Thumb Cheat Sheet with every order to make sure you know exactly what your new leafy friend needs.
🌞 What if I have zero plant experience?
No worries! We’ve got easy care guides and simple tips to make sure your plant thrives—even if you’ve never kept one alive before.
🔄 Returns & Issues
🙁 What if my plant arrives damaged?
We do our best to make sure every plant arrives happy, but if yours isn’t looking great, send us a pic within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.
🔄 Can I return a plant?
Since plants are living things, we can’t accept returns—but if there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll make it right.
