Shipping Info

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–5 working days.

• You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the move.

• We use eco-friendly packaging to keep things green (literally and figuratively).

Returns & Refunds

• Live plants: We don’t accept returns on live plants, but if something arrives damaged, email info@zelenplants.com within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.

• Accessories: Pots and plant care goodies can be returned within 14 days of delivery—just contact us to arrange it.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
