I thrive in low to medium light, which means I’m totally cool living away from direct sun. Just give me a gentle watering when my soil’s dry and I’ll keep doing my thing. I’m happiest with a bit of humidity, so pop me near a bathroom or give me a light mist every now and then. I’ve got a slow and steady growth style, so you won’t catch me outgrowing my spot too fast — I’m here for the long game.

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your plant’s journey. Also consider we’ll need an additional 1-2 days to get your order all packed up and ready to roll.

Absolutely! We carefully package every plant to keep it snug and stress-free during transit. If something goes wrong, let us know ASAP.

It depends on the plant! We include a Green Thumb Cheat Sheet with every order to make sure you know exactly what your new leafy friend needs.
🌞 What if I have zero plant experience?

🔄 Returns & Issues
🙁 What if my plant arrives damaged?
We do our best to make sure every plant arrives happy, but if yours isn’t looking great, send us a pic within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.

Since plants are living things, we can’t accept returns—but if there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll make it right.
